Return to Work Coaching

 

We offer employers Return To Work Coaching for staff returning after:

  • Maternity Leave
  • Paternity Leave
  • Career Break
  • Long period of illness or injury

Coaching sessions and the duration of coaching are decided on an individual basis with the employer and their employee. We help staff returning to work after long periods to:

  • Identify their personal motivation for returning to work
  • Review changes in identity
  • Explore anxieties and fears of returning
  • Adjust to the new demands of being back at work,
  • Ensure they are fully updated on any major changes
  • Plan the return carefully and consider a staged return including visiting the workplace before starting back at work
  • Re-engage with work colleagues, career expectations and future
  • Ensure that relationships with colleagues have been carefully planned
  • Develop a return to work plan

We also offer this coaching service to individuals who may wish to explore through coaching their thoughts and concerns when returning to work after a significant period of secondment or extended leave.
