Stephanie is the Director and Lead Consultant of Stephanie Segal Consultancy, organisational consultancy, established in 1991. Working with a strong associate network, we are accredited/registered consultants for Government Departments, the NHS, public sector, NGOs, professional, educational and international bodies, UK and global companies. Consultancies have focused on organisational strategic development, leadership development, change management, role process, coaching and mentoring, facilitation, equality and diversity, work-place mediation, conflict resolution and cross-cultural management.

What We Do
